Dry Dockings
Reliable dry dockings that accommodate the unique needs of your vessel and crew while the project is underway
Steel Repairs
Hull and superstructure steel replacement, tank and structural reconfiguration on, sponsoning, lengthening, and certified welding.
Propulsion Overhauls
Removal of shafts and rudders, overhaul of mechanical and hydraulic componentry, controllable pitch propellers and alternative propulsion systems. (Voiths, Z-Drives, etc.)
Electrical Upgrades
Complete overhaul and replacement of navigation equipment, sonars, control panels, power supply, and storage devices; load testing and equipment connectivity verification.
Custom Metal Work
Custom fabrication of ducting, HVAC components, stainless steel fabrication, window replacements.
Piping Systems
Replacement of fuel, oil, water, and air supply discharge lines, installation of water filtration, reverse osmosis, and liquid filtration pumps.
Hydraulics & Machinery
Removal overhaul and replacement of mechanical componentry, hydraulic units and control systems for cranes, winches, and vessel-specific mechanisms.
Preservation
Surface preparation and preservation in the form of sand or water jet blasting and painting from keel to mast and in confined spaces.
Industrial Rigging
Expert removal and installation of shipboard equipment, including centerboards, engines, cranes... you name it!
Interior Joiner Installations
Custom wood fabrication, cabinet making, interior insulation, finishes, flooring, and any necessary temporary protection necessary for project execution.
